Manuel (drums), Louise Anne (vox), Karl (bass), Jude (guitar), Joe (keys and vox), Janice (vox) and Dave (guitar) are the seven people who call themselves Salt.
They like a lot of different kinds of music, but together they play something which sounds like 'rock'. God had made a big impact in their lives, so their songs are mostly about trying to share that with other people.
Back in July 2009, five individuals met along the same path and formed a band. New to the Scene, they are hard at work to produce original material. Born out of passion for music, mixing various musical styles together with life experiences is what inspires Eggshell Black.
Opting for the moniker Frenzy mono (reflecting the band's unorthodox set-up and unflinching commitment to playing loud, keyboard driven 70s style music), and guided by the promotional and managerial acumen James Gauci and the undisputed musical genius of the celebrated New Cuorey guitarist Joe S. Grech (Chris and Julian's father), the band have built a strong reputation as one of Malta's hottest and most entertaining properties in the live music scene.

Instincts depict themselves as down-to-earth dreamers. Their music is fresh and sincere. Everyone is able to find a way to relate to this duo's music as it's about life in general, its beauty, its pain, its mysterious intertwining of the past, the present and the future.
Cheryl and Robert are the total opposite of each other and that's what creates that special tinge. Robert is creative, entertaining and completely rational whilst Cheryl is about emotions and dreams. Instintcs came together through a new found strong musical affinity which they immediately started exploiting to the full and have never looked back since. Listen in to their new single on Xfm 100.2.
You don't have to be a “Fortune Teller” to predict success for the energetic young singer/songwriter Ira Losco. The girl with a huskiness to her voice which gives away the harshness of what life has thrown at her and at times the vulnerability which soothes your soul. Check out her latest single.
'For strings inn' was founded in the hot summers of 2008 in Malta, when the 4 owners ran into each other after their long separate journeys up and down the hills of life. Feeling stronger and full of energy they decided to start redoing what they did best.
Being part of legendary clans such as totema, theiskandal and strays, ... Herman, Kim, Zizza and Ryan welcome you in their inn where the music you're going to hear is nothing like what you've heard before ...

Wayne started working on a solo based chill out project back in 2007, splitting main production work with Errol. The latter experimented with certain vocal takes on these songs and both then decided to amalgamate their work, forming the KNOWLEDGE OVER INSTINCT (K.O.I.) duo and putting all ideas into the final products.
K.O.I. derives it's name from the ability of thinking before deciding, i.e. the conquering of one's instinct and replacing it with knowledge, hence KNOWLEDGE OVER INSTINCT.

U-Bahn
Mark Grima and Matthew Agius, had both been studying classical music, and their musical knowledge encouraged them to set up a home studio and record their ideas on tape.
Described as the island's foremost live dance act, U-Bahn's large LIVE equipment setup varies from: sequencers, samplers, synthesizers and several FX modules all in total full control. Infact for U-Bahn working in the studio is one thing, but going fully live without using any pre-recorded tracks is truly a challenge.
U-Bahn are constantly working on new material, from House to Progressive, breaks and chill out tracks.
The Areola Treat sound like a rodent, a wolf, the rather grotesque wig your granny stores affectionately in her drawer, stilettos, anti-disco balls, cheap perfume, red lipstick and a bashed electric guitar, all shoved into a blender and served with a punch of red hot chilli.
Inspired by cult classics, seventies horror movies and the origins of Punk, this band is definitely not to be missed. Prepare for the live ear-damage and shredding sound experience.
